We virtually can ship any address in the world directly, except APO/FPO address. For APO/FPO address, please inform the third party who can clear the customs and receive the shipment for you.

For special orders that are not suitable to ship by faster service level, we will automatically ship by Expedited or Economy service level.
When you checkout, the total amount already includes shipping fee by Ecablemart’s UPS/DHL/FedEx account. On request, we can ship by customer’s account too. If so, please offer your account. We will refund the shipping fee immediately after receipt of your order and will ship by the account supplied. Post is not available temporarily.
Free FedEx/DHL shipping on orders over $200.
We have large stock of most of the regular items. For these items, we are able to ship the same day when we receive the order. We also accept custom order. For custom order, we will advise you the shipping time in advance. Generally we can ship most of the orders within 24-48 hours.
Shipping on Saturday is available too.
All sales are final. So please make sure that what is ordered is what is actually needed. Defective products can be returned if the defects are caused by Ecablemart.
Please note that customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of delivery, and email us for a return authorization number (RMA#) first. After a RMA is issued, you have 15 days to return the item. Any product returned after 15 days will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Please note customer is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason for return. Ecablemart is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.
If merchandise returned as defective proves to not be defective a representative will contact the customer to either send the unit back to the customer or restock the item.
Properly returned defective merchandise will be replaced without a charge as long as all parts, accessories, and manuals are returned in proper fashion.
